Machine Details

Machine bed is cut from whole steel panel with heat and aging treatment, milled by Italy COLGAR machining center with high precision, good stability, no deformation; the bed will be put in furnace to heat to 600 degree and keep temperature to 200 degree for a week and then be taken out for cooling naturally. The process takes about 15-20 days.


 

ACME full-stroke Auto-centering pneumatic chuck is independently developed, with the largest hole diameter of 230mm, and can hold square pipe of 230*230mm and round pipe of 230mm in diameter. Four claw double move, fast rotation speed can up to 120 r/min. Guarantee the high precision tube cutting.

 

Automatic feeding system supporting full servo feeding, more accurate lifting, improve the cutting accuracy.



The tailings are small, saving consumables. The front chuck can be opened, and the rear chuck can be extended forward to the inside of the front chuck. Under this condition, the minimum tailings can be less than 50mm

 

Maximum load bearing up to 1T, strong lift, suitable for medium/heavy pipe lift.Fast response, especially for small/light tubes, speed can be increased by 50%.



Professional CypCut TubePro CNC cutting system, with nesting software, can achieve the biggest utility rate of the tube.
 

Efficient and stable programming and control system, simple and easy to learn and humanization, compatible with solidworks drawing formats, intelligent arrangement cost saving, automatic cutting path matching saves processing time.
