Machine Details
12-16mm machine bed is cut from whole steel panel with heat and aging treatment, milled by Italy COLGAR machining center with high precision, good stability, no deformation; the bed will be put in furnace to heat to 600 degree and keep temperature to 200 degree for a week and then be taken out for cooling naturally. The process takes about 15-20 days.
Double Pneumatic Chuck both Auto-centering. Four claw double move, fast rotation speed can up to 120 r/min. Guarantee the high precision tube cutting.
Fully Automatic or Semi-automatic feeding from back of machine--PATENT DESIGN. 15-20s loading time, more faster than normally more than 60s traditional machine side loading.
5 pcs of pneumatic carrier,suitable for 20-220mm different types of pipe diameter to ensure the longer size of the pipe clamp accuracy due to its flexing.Professional CypCut TubePro CNC cutting system, with nesting software, can achieve the biggest utility rate of the tube.
Efficient and stable programming and control system, simple and easy to learn and humanization, compatible with solidworks drawing formats, intelligent arrangement cost saving, automatic cutting path matching saves processing time.
