Model LT-0816 is a customized steel pipe fiber laser cutting machine production by ACME Laser.
We made this machine for our South Korea customer who is in Automobile Industry.  Connect with two or more machinery robot arm for pipe feeding and unloading, achieve highly automatic working, 24x7 hours, never stop. It can save you not only labor cost, but also greatly improve cutting efficiency.

Nowdays laser cutting machine is widely used in car industry, used cutting flat metal plate and metal pipe tubes. We have standard machine and we also can do customized production for you. Machine Details
Heavy strong steel panel weld machine body with heating, annealing, aging, sand blasting, painting, roughing, precision finishing, milling and a series finish machining. All machine mounting groove and screw hole are milling out by Italy COLGAR big milling center.


 

Double Pneumatic Chuck both with Auto-centering. Four claw double move, fast rotation speed can up to 300 r/min. Guarantee the high precision tube cutting. Clamping diameter can be customized depend on your requirement.

 

Connect with machinery robot arm, can achieve a highly automatic working, 24 hours working per day, time is money.
